Finance Manager
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
 

• Classifies and/or reviews recording of routine to complex accounting transactions.
• Directs the work of general accountants
• Ensure that systems and procedures are in compliance with company policies, acceptable accounting practices, and applicable regulations.
• Performs analysis and prepare management reports.
• Ensure local regulatory compliance in all financial, foreign exchange, tax, and customs duty matters
• Develop and maintain relationships with other department managers to facilitate proper accounting for business activities.
• Establish and lead the overall strategic budgeting and projection reporting.

 
Education, Experience Requirements and Job Skills

 

• Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting Major preferred).
• Minimum 12year experience in general accounting, cost accounting, tax, auditing experience in foreign global company, with a minimum of 3years experience in managing others.
• Good language skills, both verbal and written in English / Korean: ie calling in conference call and writing meeting minutes to report
• Must be a SAP S/4 Hana user
• Communicative
• Calm mature professional behaviors
• Skillful at MS Office
